Job Description

Job Summary:

We're looking for a results-oriented Field Recruiter to focus on recruiting bike riders and logistics personnel for Skye Air Mobility's operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience in volume hiring for operational roles. You'll play a key role in ensuring we have the right talent to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

1. Recruitment of Bike Riders/Field recruiter:

- Source, screen, and recruit bike riders meeting Skye Air Mobility's criteria for skills, experience, and fit.

- Conduct field visits for recruitment drives targeting potential bike rider candidates.

- Ensure bike riders meet necessary licensing and regulatory requirements.

2. Logistics Department Recruitment:

- Identify and recruit talent for logistics roles including operations, coordination, and support functions.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand logistics team requirements.

3. Sourcing & Outreach:

- Leverage job boards, social media, referrals, and local networks for candidate sourcing.

- Build relationships with local communities, training institutes, and potential candidate pools.

4. Screening & Selection:

- Conduct interviews and assessments for bike riders and logistics candidates.

- Coordinate background checks and verification processes as needed.

5. Onboarding Support:

- Ensure smooth onboarding of bike riders and logistics staff, including documentation and induction.

6. Relationship Building:

- Foster relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders for effective recruitment outcomes.

7. Reporting & Metrics:

- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness) for bike rider and logistics roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience in Field recruitment logistics.

- Experience in field recruitment and volume hiring.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to connect with diverse candidates.

- Comfortable with travel for recruitment drives.

- Understanding of local labor laws and regulations in India.

- Proficiency in recruitment tools and processes.

Desired Skills:

- Experience in mobility, logistics, or delivery services recruitment.

- Knowledge of bike riding licensing requirements in India.

- Fluency in local languages spoken in operational areas is a plus.

- Familiarity with Skye Air Mobility's operational context (urban air mobility/logistics).
