Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Identify potential candidates using multiple sources such as job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Attend job fairs, visit college campuses, and conduct on-site interviews to source candidates
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and HR to facilitate a smooth onboarding process
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and monitor hiring progress
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR on recruitment status and progress
