Roles & Responsibilities**
1. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for large-volume hiring across junior, mid-level, and frontline roles.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine), social media, employee referrals, campus drives, consultancies, and local networks.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for continuous hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
2. Interview Coordination
- Schedule candidate interviews, walk-in drives, and mass recruitment events.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, operations teams, and HR for interview slots and requirements.
- Conduct HR rounds and assess candidate fitment (communication, attitude, salary expectations, notice period, stability, etc.).
3. Bulk / Mass Hiring Execution
- Plan and execute daily/weekly hiring targets for multiple business verticals.
- Organize and manage walk-in drives, campus drives, job fairs, and spot offer events.
- Ensure daily lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions to meet hiring numbers.
4. Documentation & Onboarding
- Collect and verify candidate documents (KYC, education, experience proofs, address proof, bank details).
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities, offer letter issuance, and onboarding schedules.
- Ensure joining compliance and handover of candidates to HR operations/payroll teams.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with HRBP, business leaders, and hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly hiring reports, dashboards, and updates.
- Align recruitment strategy with manpower planning and attrition trends.
6. Market Research & Vendor Management
- Develop a network of local vendors, training institutes, and colleges for bulk hiring.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, competitor analysis, and talent market insights.
7. MIS, Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain candidate trackers, dashboards, hiring funnel reports, and daily performance sheets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and recruitment SLAs.
8. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience during the hiring journey.
- Promote the companys brand value during field visits, campus drives, and job fairs.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Experience:
- 15 years of experience in bulk hiring / volume hiring / field recruitment.
- Experience in hiring for blue-collar, frontline, sales, operations, logistics, or support roles preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals, social media, referrals & field sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle mass recruitment, walk-ins, and on-ground sourcing activities.
- Good understanding of hiring funnels, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets & maintaining hiring trackers/MIS.
- Personality Traits:

- Strong follow-up ability and a convincing attitude.
- Positive mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Willingness to travel for recruitment drives, vendor meetings & field sourcing.
- Education:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- MBA in HR preferred (not mandatory).
- Other Requirements:
- Should be open to working on weekends if required (comp offs applicable).
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Understanding of blue-collar demographics and local job market trends.
