Scout and assess locations with a focus on wildlife movement, seasonality, and safety.
Coordinate permits, local crew, guides, scientists, experts and logistics in remote areas.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple productions.
Schedule post-production workflows (editing, sound design, color grading).
Ensure all studio assets (footage, sound, scripts) are organized and archived systematically.
Coordinate & monitor work / deadlines with teams across production & post production processes.
Lead shoot execution on ground, working closely with the Director and DoP.
Manage equipment transport, weather contingencies, and real-time crew needs.
Ensure ethical wildlife filming practices and minimum ecological disturbance.
Conduct interviews, collect ambient sounds, and adapt script to emerging narratives.
Keep detailed field logs, shot lists, and behavioral notes for post-production.
Serve as the communication bridge between directors, editors, producers, and external collaborators.
Manage hiring, onboarding, and contracts for freelancers and technicians.
Implement safety protocols for crew in wilderness zones.
Ensure local community relations are respectful and mutually beneficial.
Liaise with broadcasters, NGOs, brands, and collaborators on deliverables and updates.
Handle NDAs, licensing requests, and festival submissions.
