KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: % of Time or Importance ? Independently handle brand management responsibility for allocated brands. Brand portfolio to include strategically important brands of the Division. ? Achieve top-line, market share and bottom-line targets for the brands assigned. ? Work effectively with creative agencies as partners, to develop differentiated and impactful brand campaigns ? Ensure quality and timely delivery/execution of campaign collaterals/inputs/activities to field force ? Analyze market conditions and forecast sales on a regular basis ? Monitor ROI on brand strategies. ? Monitor competitor activities ? Conduct research as per the brand need (analyze customer behavior, perception-attribute mapping, etc.) and design strategies accordingly. Undertake feasibility analysis/ market research for new opportunities. ? Develop and implement Annual Operating Plan for brand portfolio ? Undertake fieldwork to capture insights ? Key Responsibilities: Fermentation Process Development & Scale-Up ? Optimize microbial fermentation processes from lab to production scale. Work on media design, process parameters, oxygen transfer, agitation, and yield maximization. ? Conduct scale-up trials and analyze results for process improvement. Post-Fermentation Downstream Processing (DSP) ? Support separation, concentration, drying, and formulation operations including centrifugation, filtration, solvent extraction, and spray drying. ? Document process observations and suggest improvements. Tech Transfer & Documentation ? Assist in transferring processes from R&D to pilot/production with complete documentation. ? Prepare SOPs, BMRs, process reports, and compliance documents. Quality, Monitoring, and Troubleshooting ? Collaborate with QA/QC for analytical data and troubleshooting. ? Monitor batch performance, microbial growth kinetics, and contamination risks. Equipment Handling ? Operate and monitor fermenters, seed vessels, filtration equipment, and dryers. ?
