HIRING for FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER - Delhi Location

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all field activities across multiple locations. The Field Operations Manager will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role is key to bridging the gap between the office and field teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily field operations and manage field staff

Coordinate and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.

Support hiring, training, and development of field staff.

Manage equipment, supplies, and logistical needs across job sites.

Prepare regular reports on field operations status and challenges.

Resolve field-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and cost overruns.
