Purpose of the Role:

Standardisation of service levels with higher coverage of field training and tracking. Developing team of expert operators to manage day to day customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Induction, Training and certification of operation officer and operators as per pre-defined calendar to enhance service quality.
• Preparing team of expert operators to take role of complaint handling on site to improve service quality
• Work closely with ops officer on In- house service analysis to support and implement solution to improve success ratio
• Monitoring of new accounts for 2 months to ensure 100% SOP from the day one to avoid customer complaint at the initial stage. Planning and implementation of mobilization and initial service standardization in term of service process and documentation
• Service quality monitoring through rating and customer feedback. Action plan to improve gaps identified in service quality response/ repeated complaint/ customer awareness
• Service document (Log Book) standardization at client level.
• Customer awareness program to increase participation and renewal
• Customer review on service quality and improvement tracking
• Every account lost case study and action plan for future
• Fumigation failure study and action plan on monthly basis
• Warehouse SOP implementation to ensure service quality, set documentation process maintained at every stage (pre/post)
• Propose SOP change / correction / improvement based on customer feedback

Requirements

• Degree in B.Sc/Msc Agri/Chemistry/Entomology
• Experience- Min. 2-3 years
• Customer orientation
• Communication
• Conducting training
• PPT preparation
