This is a full-time role with work-from-home flexibility and occasional local field visits. The role involves calling and onboarding equipment operators and suppliers, coordinating bookings, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations between customers and vendors. ⸻ Qualifications • Strong Hindi communication skills (local/regional languages are a plus) • Experience in operations, telecalling, or vendor onboarding • Good Excel and data management skills • Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks • Experience in the construction or equipment rental industry is an advantage • No formal degree required — skills and attitude matter more
