Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor field operations and ensure uninterrupted utility supply to process plants.
Perform shift handover/takeover, routine safety inspections, and audits.
Implement 5S and conduct operational equipment checks.
Sample cooling water, chilled water, raw water, and brine; generate analysis requests in LIMS.
Maintain fire-water tank and raw-water reservoir levels; operate offsite facilities like fire hydrant systems.
Conduct fire hydrant trials and handle fire pump house during emergencies.
Follow SOPs for startup/shutdown and adhere to safety protocols (permit-to-work, LOTO, PPE).
Handle chemicals (HCl, HSO, NaOCl, MEG, Urea) and maintain cooling tower parameters within limits.
