Position: Security Supervisor Location: Patiala, Rajpura, Mohali, Chandigarh, Zirakpur DM Security Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dedicated Security Supervisor to join our team! Key Responsibilities: Guard Deployment & Gap Clearance: Effectively deploy security guards to various client sites based on their skills and the site's specific requirements. This includes proactively identifying and filling any staffing gaps to ensure continuous, uninterrupted security coverage. Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions for security guards, covering topics such as site-specific procedures, emergency protocols, conflict resolution, and the proper use of security equipment. This ensures our team is well-prepared and professional at all times. Supervision & Performance Monitoring: Regularly check and monitor the activities of all deployed guards. This involves conducting surprise visits to sites, reviewing daily activity logs, and providing constructive feedback to improve performance. The officer will also address any issues or concerns raised by clients or staff, ensuring a positive working relationship. Team Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all security guards under their supervision. They will be responsible for addressing their queries, managing schedules, and fostering a disciplined and motivated team environment. Patrol assigned areas regularly to maintain a visible security presence and deter suspicious activity. Monitor and operate surveillance cameras and alarm systems to ensure real-time awareness of security conditions. Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies, including de-escalating conflicts and providing assistance as needed. Enforce security protocols, including verifying identification, controlling building access, and managing visitor logs. Conduct routine inspections of premises, doors, windows, and equipment to prevent unauthorized access or damage. Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities and observations. Liaise and coordinate with external entities such as local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency services. Provide clear guidance to employees and visitors on safety protocols and emergency procedures. Conduct security risk assessments and provide recommendations for improving security measures at client sites. Ensure compliance with all company and client security policies and procedures.
