Field Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conducting Site Survey

To pursue the following objectives:

• 1.1 Geographical condition of the site
• 1.2 Locality
• 1.3 About the plant
• 1.4 Availability of Fire Station, HSE and the Fire Crew (Client’s Contact Details).
• 1.5 Availability of Fire / Utility Vehicle.
• 1.6 Installed firefighting systems
• 1.7 Manpower available/required
• 1.8 Salary structure of the deployed staff
• 1.9 Gate pass procedure for manpower and vehicles at the plant site
• 1.12 Availability of hygienic and shared accommodation near plant premises for staff and its monthly rent with other Terms & Conditions.
• 1.13 Availability of comfortable conveyance vehicles for staff and its monthly rent with other Terms and Conditions.
• 1.14 Availability of food, medical, and grocery stores near accommodations
• 1.15 Distance between Accommodation and Plant
• 1.16 Location of PME centre for gate pass medical tests and its Cost.
• 1.17 Nearby police station (if PCC is required) and its Cost.
• 1.18 Availability of PPE suppliers.
• 1.19 Availability of inventory item suppliers (e.g., bedding, recreation, hardware)
• 1.20 Availability of commercial/utility vehicle service stations (if company vehicle is deployed)

2. Report Preparation and Submission

• Submission of survey report along with site visit expenses to management for necessary action.

3. Manpower Mobilization on award of New Contract

• Achieving manpower mobilization objectives as per the SOP.

4. Mobilization Report

• Preparation and submission of manpower mobilization report and expense details to management.

5. Routine Site Visits

• Monitor site operational activities regularly, take necessary action well in time with prior approval from the HOD and update to the concerned Department.

6. Manpower Demobilization on Closure of Contract

• Achieving demobilization objectives as per SOP.

7. Demobilization Report

• Preparation and submission of demobilization report and expense details to management.

8. Logistics Support

• Provide logistics support to other departments (as per capacity) to achieve their objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
