Job Description – Field Officer (Security & Soft Services)

Location: Hyderabad (Field Role – Multiple Client Sites)
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 3–6 years in Facility Management / Security / Housekeeping Supervision

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Field Officer who will manage day-to-day operations at client sites, including security guard deployment, housekeeping services, and soft services supervision. This role ensures that our service standards are consistently delivered to residential communities, apartments, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor security guards, housekeeping staff, and soft service teams across assigned sites.
• Ensure staff attendance, discipline, and performance meet company standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to maintain service quality.
• Act as the first point of contact for client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and onboarding of guards and housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for manpower allocation and shift management.
• Maintain attendance records, incident reports, and daily activity logs.
• Enforce compliance with safety, security, and cleanliness protocols.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in facility management, security supervision, or housekeeping operations.
• Ability to handle teams of 50–100+ staff across multiple client sites.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and readiness for field travel / shift flexibility.
• Prior military/defense/security background is an added advantage.
