Chandru Associate – Field Staff Rules and Guidelines

1. Working Hours

Work timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Lunch break: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM

Report at assigned area on time. Delay without valid reason will be noted.

2. Attendance & Reporting

Daily check-in and check-out through mobile app or WhatsApp group.

Share daily customer visit list before 10 AM.

Send photo proof of visit or inspection (with customer or location board) for each job.

3. Dress Code & ID

Uniform (if provided) must be worn daily.

ID badge must be visible while on duty.

Maintain neat and clean appearance.

4. Communication

Be polite and respectful to all customers.

Don’t argue with customers – escalate issues to supervisor.

Keep mobile on silent or vibrate during customer interactions.

5. Job Responsibilities

Visit customers as per the given route or appointment list.

Explain the LPG Safety Inspection purpose clearly.

Complete the inspection and collect required signatures/approvals.

Collect amount (if applicable) and give receipt immediately.

6. Payment Handling

Daily collections must be submitted before 6 PM or as per office rule.

No personal holding of amount beyond working day.

Use only authorized receipt book or app for collections.

7. Records & Documentation

Maintain proper record of customers visited, inspected, and pending.

Update office staff in case of reschedule, customer not available, or re-visit needed.

8. Do’s and Don’ts

Do’s:

Respect local customs and customer privacy.

Carry all required tools, forms, and materials.

Inform supervisor immediately in case of emergencies.

Don’ts:

Do not mislead customers with wrong information.

No smoking, chewing tobacco, or alcohol during work.

Don’t skip any assigned customer without informing.

9. Discipline and Action

Repeated lateness, absence, or misconduct may lead to warnings or termination.

All staff are expected to follow company ethics and maintain professionalism.

10. Safety & Emergency

Always follow LPG safety guidelines.

Report any gas leaks, unsafe cylinders, or faulty installations immediately.
