  Acquire and onboard gold loan customers; explain product features, LTV, tenure, and charges.

  Process applications, complete KYC, and coordinate appraisal/valuation as per bank policy.

  Manage disbursals, renewals, auctions (if applicable), and daily vault/records as per SOP.

  Drive monthly disbursal/portfolio targets and maintain NPAs within thresholds.
