Salary: Base salary + Performance-based 5000 incentives (per lakh)
Experience Required: 0 to 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and market CCTV cameras, burglar alarm systems, and other IT products to potential customers in the field.
• Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, understand their security needs, and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Generate leads through field marketing activities, cold calling, and local networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth product delivery and installation.
• Prepare and maintain records of marketing activities, leads, and customer feedback.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing or technical background preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical products in simple terms.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to work on the field daily.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred (for field travel).
