We are seeking a highly motivated and presentable Field Marketing Executive to engage with new clients in the real estate industry. This role is focused on building strong client relationships, conducting face-to-face meetings, promoting our real estate services, and securing agreements. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be comfortable with fieldwork, and have the ability to leave a positive brand impression. A two-wheeler is required to travel and meet clients across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Actively meet new clients through fieldwork, attending events, or cold visits to potential locations.
Introduce the companys real estate offerings to new prospects and tailor presentations to their needs.
Build rapport and establish strong, lasting relationships with clients through direct meetings and follow-ups.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Identify and approach potential clients in various residential and commercial locations.
Generate new leads and convert them into clients by presenting real estate solutions that meet their needs.
Follow up on leads to convert opportunities into signed agreements.
Building Trust and Relationship:
Establish trust with new clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring transparent communication.
Cultivate relationships with clients through regular visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups.
Understand client needs, preferences, and pain points to provide the best solutions.
Brand Representation:
Represent the brand professionally in all client interactions, ensuring a positive and lasting impression.
Ensure that all marketing materials and client communications reflect the companys image and values.
Promote the company brand as a trusted name in the real estate industry.
Contract Negotiation and Agreement Signing:
Negotiate terms, conditions, and agreements with potential clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Oversee the signing of contracts and agreements with clients.
Provide ongoing support to clients post-signing to ensure satisfaction and retain long-term relationships.
Reporting and Feedback:
Maintain detailed records of all client meetings, leads, and agreements in the CRM system.
Provide regular updates on new leads, client progress, and market trends to the marketing team.
Report any issues or client feedback to the management team to improve processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in any field. (BBA with Marketing Preferred)
Presentable Appearance: Well-groomed with a professional appearance to make a strong impression on clients.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Relationship Building: Skilled in developing trust-based relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Field Work: Comfortable with outdoor work, traveling, and meeting clients on-site.
Two-Wheeler Required: Must have access to a two-wheeler for traveling to client locations.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage client information efficiently.
Knowledge of Real Estate is an Advantage
