De Essentials Skincare is a fast-growing, high-performance personal care brand focused on advanced, science-backed formulations for everyday skin and hair concerns. We are expanding rapidly and looking for passionate sales professionals to scale our retail presence. Role Overview The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving product placement, generating retail sales, building strong distributor and store relationships, and expanding market reach for De Essentials Skincare within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new retail outlets, pharmacies, and beauty stores Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and stock availability in outlets Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly volume and revenue targets Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and competitor activity Maintain strong relationships with distributors, store owners, and beauty advisors Plan and execute local promotional activities and product demos Submit daily sales reports, market feedback, and route planning updates Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit control policies Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years field sales experience in skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG preferred Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to build rapport and manage long-term business relationships Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on the field Familiar with local geography and retail networks Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM reporting What We Offer Competitive salary + attractive sales incentives Travel allowance & mobile reimbursement Training on product knowledge and sales techniques Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding brand
