### *Job Overview*

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Field Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching centers, promoting our institution, and scheduling career guidance sessions to generate student admissions leads.

### *Key Responsibilities*

* Visit assigned schools, colleges, and coaching centers regularly to promote institutional offerings.

* Identify and connect with key decision-makers such as principals, coordinators, and career counselors.

* Schedule and coordinate career guidance seminars, workshops, and promotional events.

* Represent the institution professionally during field visits and outreach activities.

* Collect and maintain data of visited institutions and potential leads.

* Follow up with institutions for event confirmations and student participation.

* Support execution of on-ground events and admission activities.

* Provide daily/weekly reports on visits, appointments, and lead generation progress.

* Achieve monthly targets related to outreach and lead generation.

### *Skills & Qualifications*

* Graduate in Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confident personality with the ability to present and persuade.

* Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

* Self-motivated and result-oriented with good time management skills.
