About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to lead on-ground marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will be the face of our brand in the field, executing marketing campaigns, building relationships, and gathering valuable market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote our products/services through door-to-door visits, field events, and outreach campaigns
• Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials in public places, colleges, or commercial zones
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team
• Participate in marketing activations, exhibitions, and community events
• Support lead generation and assist the sales team with follow-ups
• Ensure brand visibility and accurate messaging in all field marketing efforts
• Submit daily reports of field activity and outcomes

Requirements:

• No prior experience required – Freshers are welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, confident, and willing to work in the field
• Ability to travel locally and manage outdoor activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,578.57 per month
