JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Marketing Field Staff member, you will be at the forefront of our company's marketing efforts, representing our brand directly to customers and stakeholders. Your role will involve executing marketing campaigns, conducting product demonstrations, and gathering valuable feedback from potential customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promotional Activities: Conduct promotional activities such as product demonstrations, sampling sessions, and sales presentations .

2. Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to promote brand awareness, educate them about our products or services, and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.

3. Lead Generation: Proactively engage with potential customers to generate leads and drive sales opportunities.

4. Market Research: Gather feedback from customers regarding their preferences, needs, and purchasing behavior to inform marketing strategies and product development efforts.

5. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products or services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

6. Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to align field activities with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.

7. Reporting: Provide regular reports on field activities, including feedback from customers, sales metrics, and insights gathered during promotional events.

8. Brand Representation: Represent the company and brand in a professional manner at all times, adhering to brand guidelines and values.

9. Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall effectiveness in the field.

10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines governing promotional activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree.

- Previous experience in marketing in same industry, or customer service roles is desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to engage with diverse audiences and build rapport with potential customers.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for promotional events.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to various locations.

- Physical ability to set up and dismantle promotional materials and equipment as required.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
