Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Field Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a PAN India role, requiring frequent travel to engage with jewellery retailers, promote our products, and generate valuable leads. The role offers opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance and experience. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing: Promote and sell our jewellery packaging products (pouches, boxes, etc.) to jewellery stores across India. Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers in the jewellery retail sector. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business. Market Expansion: Help in expanding the market presence by exploring new opportunities and channels for sales. Reporting & Coordination: Regularly report sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends to the senior management. Team Management: As you gain experience, you may have the opportunity to manage and mentor a team of 4 sales executives. Experience in sales and marketing, ideally in retail or packaging sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel frequently and work independently. Previous experience in managing a small team is a plus. A passion for the jewellery or packaging industry is an advantage.
