Job Description

As an Assistant Field Manager, you will be required to travel and work on the implementation sites, demonstrating a strong willingness to be on-site. It is preferred for you to have knowledge of the solar business and/or other renewable energy businesses. Additionally, experience in solar installation, commissioning, and maintenance is highly preferred, especially in off-grid kW projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Traveling to and staying at the site locations where solar installations are taking place - Effectively resolving any site-related problems that may arise - Coordinating with suppliers and vendors - Maintaining the entire site The ideal qualifications for this position are: - 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Odisha - Proactive individual capable of managing various tasks related to field operations and site management effectively Kindly note that no additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
