Field Executive

Company: Vidarbha Orange Company (Dealing in Oranges & Mosambi 🍊🍈) Location: Azadpur Mandi, Delhi Position: Field Executive Employment Type: Full-time Salary: ₹13,000 per month (fixed) + Incentives (₹300 per truck supervised / performance bonus) Trial Period: 1 week paid trial → 3 months probation --- 🎯 Key Responsibilities IMP: Daily market rate report 1. Daily presence in assigned mandi (Azadpur Delhi). 2. Mark attendance via company app (GPS + selfie). 3. Build and maintain contact with commission agents & buyers. 4. Collect and report daily mandi rates (Min/Max/Modal). 5. Supervise truck unloading/loading – verify weight, packing, hamali charges. 6. Identify and report hidden costs (hamali, cess, agent commission). 7. Capture photos/videos as proof of work. 8. Submit daily report via WhatsApp/Google Form (rates, expenses, photos, bills). 9. Support in negotiation & relationship building with agents/buyers. --- 👤 Candidate Requirements Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred but not compulsory). Experience: Fresher or Prior work in fruit/vegetable mandi, APMC market, or field sales preferred. Skills: Local language fluency (Hindi essential). Negotiation & communication skills. Smartphone handling (WhatsApp, apps, photo upload). Personal: Honest, reliable, punctual, and willing to work early mandi hours. --- 📑 Documents Required Aadhaar & PAN card (ID proof) Bank account details (salary transfer) 2 passport-size photos Police verification (mandatory for Delhi) Local references (2 contacts) --- 🕐 Working Hours As per mandi timing (early morning reporting required). 6 days a week (Sunday optional depending on mandi operations). --- 🚀 Benefits Fixed salary + incentives on every truck supervised.
