Job Description

Industry: Hotel & Hospitality

The position holder is responsible for the overall field performance of the assigned by region Manager.

Accountabilities

Drive Sales, Profitability and Gross Margin Growth:

  • Responsible to drive area sales and profit plans to budget through under the guidance of Manager for all field operations strategies, consistently across all client locations in the region.
  • Responsible to ensure that all employees of the region are current and up to date with UDS offerings through a commitment to formalized training and development within prescribed timelines and standards under the guidance of Manager.
  • Identifying and addressing problems in sites and to revert back to Region Manager.
  • Identifying and addressing problems in sites and reverting on it under the guidance of region Manager.
  • Support implementation of all technology advancements at regional level to uplift business
  • To support in making periodical regional dashboards, cash flow status, profitability, attrition, growth, new business and other related MIS
  • To check grooming of staffs in sites during visits as per requirement.
  • To check all documents in sites such as New Joining kits, attendance, Log Stock Register, invoices etc. in consultation with Region Manager.
  • Documenting client feedback at regular interval

Customer Engagement:

  • Customer engagement must be driven with focus on quality, ideas, acknowledgment and inspiration, which leads to an emotional and loyal brand/customer attachment under the guidance of Region Manager.
  • Set high expectations for customer service and reputation accountable to the measurable results associated base on advice and guidance of Region Manager.
  • Take responsibilities to manage all clients consistently issues and report to Region Manager for solution.

New Client Presentation:

  • Client expectation must be point of differentiation aimed at getting a client excited about the uniqueness of the offering, the possibilities that may exist to accept the commercial sent from UDS.

People Management:

  • Conduct periodic performance evaluations to ensure that their team is on the right path to achieving their goals as per requirement.

Key Skills/Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a Field Work role.
  • The individual is responsible for overseeing operations across the region as per Region Manager Guidance.
  • Good communication skills with excellent oratory/public speaking skills
  • Strong analytical skills and skills in forecasting and Project Knowledge
  • Prioritization of organizational needs
