Role Objective:
We are hiring a proactive Field Executive to support student mobilization efforts under a government initiative. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with strong local knowledge and a commitment to social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential students through field visits and community outreach
• Clearly communicate the objectives and benefits of the government project
• Build rapport with students, parents, and local influencers
• Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and student interest
• Act as a responsible representative of the organization in public interactions
• Share field insights and progress reports with the management team

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Persuasive and confident in public interactions
• Honest, ethical, and socially responsible
• Familiarity with local geography and community structures

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
