Job Description

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff across assigned sites. Maintain optimal manpower deployment as per site requirements. Ensure compliance with client SOPs, safety protocols, and company standards. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained. Handle attendance, shift scheduling, and replacements for absentee staff. Resolve staff grievances and maintain team discipline. Provide on-site training and guidance to new housekeeping staff. Ensure timely submission of daily/weekly reports and documentation. Communicate effectively with clients and respond promptly to service-related concerns. Coordinate with HR and Admin for onboarding, uniforms, ID cards, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.). Monitor and manage housekeeping materials, tools, and equipment usage. Support in handling audits and ensure statutory records are updated.
