Field Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling lead management, client engagement, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site visits to engage with potential clients and showcase real estate projects.
• Generate and qualify leads through field activities, local networking, and referrals.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects, such as our beachfront properties.
• Coordinate with the sales team to organize site visits and follow up with clients post-visit.
• Update CRM with accurate details of client interactions and lead status.
• Prepare reports on field activities, lead progress, and client feedback.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in field sales or client engagement in real estate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to multitask, meet targets, and work independently in the field.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and local language (as applicable).
