Job Title: Business Development Executive (Field Sales) – PhonePeCompany: CBS Ventures (Hiring for PhonePe Project)Department: Sales & Business DevelopmentJob Overview:We are urgently hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the Business Development Executive (Field Sales) role for PhonePe. The role involves promoting PhonePe’s merchant services, including sound box, QR code setup, merchant onboarding, and KYC assistance. Location:Openings across Delhi NCR+ UP – LUCKNOW Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Gurgaon Qualification:Minimum: 10th Pass Preferred: 12th Pass or Graduate Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell PhonePe Sound Box and QR code payment systems to merchants. Handle merchant onboarding and revisits. Assist in completing insurance/loan KYC documentation. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain excellent relationship with merchants in assigned area.
