Job Purpose

The Field Boy / Rider will be responsible for handling deliveries, pickups, document submissions, and other field-related operational tasks, ensuring timely and safe completion of assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver company documents, materials, and parcels to clients, vendors, and internal departments.
• Assist in bank-related tasks such as cheque deposit, cash withdrawal, and document submission.
• Coordinate with the operations team for the safe transport of medical equipment parts (where applicable).
• Maintain proper records of deliveries and pickups.
• Ensure the vehicle (bike/scooter) is well-maintained and complies with safety regulations.
• Support in basic office and field-related errands as assigned.

• Ability to handle documents and company property responsibly.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers can apply).
• Valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Own two-wheeler preferred.

Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel within the assigned city/region.
• Physically fit to perform field tasks.
