Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Executive to support our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will handle on-site property visits, client coordination, documentation, and ground-level marketing. This role is key to ensuring smooth property transactions and strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Conduct property site visits with prospective buyers or tenants Take photos/videos and document property features accurately Liaise with property owners, brokers, and clients for coordination Manage basic documentation like agreement collection, KYC, and inspection reports Provide regular updates to the sales or operations team Collect and deliver documents between field and office Assist in signage placement, local area surveys, and data collection Ensure timely follow-ups with leads generated by the team Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred 1–3 years experience in fieldwork or real estate preferred Good communication and negotiation skills Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone Basic knowledge of Google Maps, WhatsApp, and mobile photography Flexible with travel and field timings
