Field Executive Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise paint shop/site operations, ensuring smooth execution of painting works.
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and workers for timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure proper surface preparation, primer application, and finishing as per specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to check quality, adherence to BOQ/specifications, and workmanship.
• Maintain inventory of paint materials, tools, and consumables at site.
• Monitor health, safety, and environment (HSE) practices at the site.
• Address client queries, resolve site issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Submit daily progress reports, site photos, and documentation to management.
• Assist in training site workers on paint application techniques and safety guidelines.
• Ensure cost control, wastage reduction, and efficient utilization of resources.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Paint Technology OR relevant experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in paint shop/site execution (industrial or residential projects).
• Knowledge of paint systems (primer, topcoat, waterproofing, protective coatings, etc.).
• Familiarity with application techniques (brush, roller, spray, powder coating).
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,722.08 per month
