Job Description: We are looking for a Field Executive Officer to handle client acquisition, on-field sales activities, and relationship management. The candidate should be energetic, confident, and target-oriented, with strong communication skills and a passion for financial products. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in the financial services and advisory sector. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential and existing clients to promote and sell financial products – Loans, Insurance, Investments, and Advisory services. Conduct field surveys, lead generation, and follow-up meetings to close sales. Understand customer needs and provide suitable financial solutions. Maintain and update client records and follow-ups systematically. Coordinate with the sales and back-office teams for smooth documentation and service delivery. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets within timelines. Represent the company professionally during all field interactions and client visits. Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
