Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and responsible Collection Executive / Field Executive to manage loan repayment follow-ups, field visits, and customer coordination. The role involves ensuring timely collections, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the credit and recovery process for our loan and investment products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to customers for loan repayment follow-ups and collections
• Educate customers on repayment schedules, penalties, and loan terms
• Collect EMI payments, receipts, and required documentation
• Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams for NACH, cheque bounce cases, and settlement plans
• Track overdue accounts and initiate recovery actions as per company policy
• Verify customer addresses, business locations, and KYC documentation
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues related to payments
• Submit daily reports on collection status and field activities
• Assist in legal and recovery processes when required (e.g., notices, repossession coordination)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Persuasive and confident in handling customers
• Knowledge of loan processes and basic finance terms
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Customer service orientation
• Basic computer and mobile app usage skills

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate preferred / Diploma or ITI can also apply
• Experience in Collections / Field Sales / NBFC / Banking preferred
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas
• Local area knowledge is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,150.12 - ₹27,899.98 per month
