Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Executive located in Hyderabad. The Field Executive will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting site visits, coordinating with clients, and facilitating property transactions. The role involves liaising with buyers, sellers, and agents to ensure a smooth and transparent process. The Field Executive will also gather market data, provide insights to clients, and handle administrative tasks related to property management.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in property management, real estate transactions, and client coordination
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate management software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for site visits
