Field Executive

You will be joining MAP Political Consultants, a company that specializes in revolutionizing electoral strategies through data-driven approaches and specialized campaign tools. As a Field Executive based in Pune, your primary responsibility will be to execute and manage field campaigns, mobilize grassroots support, coordinate with stakeholders, and organize impactful events. In addition, you will be required to collect and analyze field data, ensure effective social media outreach, and provide support for policy guidance and implementation. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Field Campaign Management, Grassroots Mobilization, and Stakeholder Coordination. Experience in organizing and managing events, along with proficiency in Data Collection and Analysis, will be essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Previous experience in political consulting or related fields will be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
