As a Field Executive, you will play a crucial role in on-ground operations by conducting client visits, providing customer service, following up on sales, collecting data, and nurturing strong relationships with partners or customers. Your proactive attitude, effective communication, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory are essential for success. Key Responsibilities: - Visit clients/customers/vendors according to the assigned schedule or territory. - Promote and demonstrate products or services to potential customers. - Gather market intelligence and customer feedback. - Submit timely reports of field activities through reports or digital tools. - Assist in the onboarding process of new clients or partners. - Handle basic troubleshooting or support tasks on-site when necessary. - Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards. - Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery. - Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and other relevant data. Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred). - 1-3 years of relevant field experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer proficiency in MS Office, CRM apps, etc. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. - Self-motivated and results-driven. The company is looking for a dedicated individual who can work full-time in a permanent position with a day shift schedule at the in-person work location.
