Job Description

Job Title: Field Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing field-related tasks such as client visits, market surveys, data collection, on-site service delivery, and ensuring smooth operations outside the office. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to travel as needed. Key Responsibilities: Conduct visits to clients, vendors, or customer locations as per company requirements. Deliver and collect documents, products, or materials as needed. Promote company products/services to clients and generate leads. Ensure customer satisfaction through proper communication and follow-ups. Gather market intelligence and competitor data for internal reporting. Provide timely reports and updates to the manager or supervisor. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of field activities. Solve on-ground issues and escalate problems when required. Requirements: Proven experience in a field-based or customer-facing role (0–3 years preferred). Good communication skills in [English/regional language as applicable]. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel extensively for work purposes. Basic computer knowledge and smartphone handling. Minimum educational qualification: [12th pass/Diploma/Graduate — depending on your needs]. Own vehicle and valid driving license (if applicable).
