Field Executive: Accounts

Job Title: Field Executive (Banking & Accounts):_ MALE PREFERRED_

Key Responsibilities

• Visit banks for company-related banking work such as cheque deposit, cash deposit/withdrawal, document submission, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with bank officials for account opening, KYC updates, and account-related queries
• Handle GST-related work, including document collection, coordination with consultants, and basic compliance follow-ups
• Assist in TDS-related work, such as challan submission, documentation, and coordination for returns
• Collect and submit financial and statutory documents from banks, clients, or government offices
• Maintain proper records of bank visits, transactions, and documents
• Support the accounts team in day-to-day financial and compliance activities
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and regular reporting to the reporting manager

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of banking procedures and documentation
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS compliance
• Ability to coordinate effectively with banks and government offices
• Willingness to travel frequently for official work
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Time management and task prioritization skills
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented

Experience & Qualification

• Minimum 1 year of experience in fieldwork related to banking, accounts, GST, or TDS
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
