Field Engineer (Track)

Responsibilities:

Track Work Supervision:

• Assist the Resident Engineer (System and MEPF) in the monitoring and supervision of all

  track works

  , including site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Safety & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure stringent safety protocols are followed during all track activities, especially when working with live rail traffic, and maintain high-quality standards for all installed track components.

Compliance & Training:

• Ensure compliance with

  Business Ethics and Compliance training

  .
• Ensure completion of

  Anti-Corruption training

  .

Additional Responsibilities:

• Undertake any other work assigned by the Resident Engineer (System and MEPF) to support project objectives.

Profile/Skills

Education:

Experience:

• Minimum

  8 years of overall experience

  .
• Minimum

  3 years of experience in a similar position

  .
• Minimum

  5 years of experience in similar projects

  (railway track work).

• Communication:

  Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

  Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.

  Ability to problem-solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.

• Leadership:
