Role Overview: As a Field Service Technician (Punch/Bend) at TRUMPF in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in providing quality technical support to customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by swiftly resolving breakdowns, conducting reliable repairs, maximizing machine availability, executing precise installation start-ups, carrying out preventive maintenance tasks, and delivering operator maintenance training in adherence to established processes. Your disciplined and courteous demeanor is vital as you represent TRUMPF, and exceptional customer service is a top priority. You will be required to travel extensively, up to 100%, including both regional and national trips.
