Field Engineer Technician

As a Field Service Technician (Punch/Bend) at TRUMPF, your role will involve providing quality technical support to customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Speedy recovery of breakdowns, ensuring reliability of repairs, and maximizing machine availability - Performing high-quality installation start-ups and preventive maintenances - Providing operators maintenance training following pre-set processes - Pursuing machine root cause diagnostics for troubleshooting purposes - Being disciplined and courteous in your response, communication, and documentation to uphold the quality and speed of service - Delivering exceptional customer service - Being prepared to travel up to 100%, including both regional and national travel Your qualifications for this role should include a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics engineering such as BE/B.Tech/Diploma/NCVT/NCTVT.
