Field Engineer Technician

We are currently looking for a Field Service Technician (Punch/Bend) with 5-8 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering quality technical support to customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This includes quickly resolving breakdowns, ensuring reliable repairs, maximizing machine availability, conducting high-quality installation start-ups, performing preventive maintenance, and providing operators with maintenance training following established processes. As the face of TRUMPF, it is crucial to maintain a disciplined and courteous approach in all interactions, including response, communication, and documentation, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. Exceptional customer service delivery is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, you will be required to conduct root cause diagnostics to troubleshoot machine issues. This position involves extensive travel, up to 100%, including regional and national travel. To be considered for this position, candidates should hold a BE/B.Tech/Diploma/NCVT/NCTVT in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics engineering.,
