Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Field Coordinator to support our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily activities on-site, ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Coordination:

- Coordinate daily site activities, including labor, equipment, and materials.

- Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with the project schedule and plans.

2. Communication:

- Act as a liaison between site staff, project managers, and clients.

- Ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project progress, issues, and changes.

3. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and meeting minutes.

- Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.

4. Safety and Quality:

- Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with the company's safety policies and procedures.

- Monitor site conditions and report any hazards or concerns to the Project Manager.

5. Logistics and Materials Management:

- Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials and equipment on-site.

- Ensure that all materials and equipment are properly labeled, stored, and secured.

6. Problem-Solving:

- Identify and resolve site-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

- Escalate complex issues to the Project Manager or other relevant stakeholders.

2. Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Basic knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
