Field Coordinator

The Field Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day implementation, monitoring, and coordination of project activities at the grassroots level in Telangana, Karnataka, or Tamil Nadu. Working closely with beneficiaries, local stakeholders, and community leaders, you will ensure the effective delivery of services and timely reporting of field activities. Your presence at field sites is essential to oversee operations and maintain the momentum of the projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and implementing project activities at the district level, mobilizing communities for awareness camps and outreach programs, and maintaining accurate data collection and reporting as per project guidelines. Building and sustaining relationships with local authorities, community leaders, and influencers will be vital in ensuring the success of the projects. Community mobilization through door-to-door visits and engagement with the target population is a key aspect of the role. You will also be responsible for logistical coordination for events such as health camps and awareness programs, ensuring the availability of necessary materials and equipment at the field level. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Rural Development, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in field implementation. Proficiency in local languages, strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities are essential. Extensive travel across assigned areas is required.
