Job Title: Project Coordinator – Karnataka Location: Bangalore(with travel across districts) Reports To: Associate Operations Position Type: Full-time About Child Heart Foundation- We are an NGO, founded in 2013 by 6 heart warrior parents and a pediatric cardiologist. We are based in Delhi and our work is totally focused in Pediatric Cardiology. We provide services through very well-designed projects to address the gaps in pediatric cardiology. Read more about us- Job Summary: The Project Coordinator will oversee the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of our Pediatric Cardiac healthcare project in respective States. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational skills to ensure effective delivery of program outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Execution · Lead the implementation of program activities in accordance with timelines and budgets. · Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day project operations · Identify and resolve project issues to ensure timely delivery. · Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met within timelines and budget. · Develop and maintain project implementation plans and activity calendars. 2. Team Coordination & Supervision · Lead, mentor, and supervise field coordinator, community health workers, or outreach staff. · Organize regular team meetings to review progress, identify challenges, and offer solutions. 3. Stakeholder Engagement · Liaise with hospitals, government departments (Health & Family Welfare), local NGOs, and CSR partners. · Represent the organization in district and state-level meetings, workshops, and forums. 4. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting · Track project data, maintain beneficiary records, and prepare monthly/quarterly progress reports. · Support impact assessments, field visits, audits, and donor reporting. · Use MIS tools ensure data accuracy and timeliness. 5. Compliance & Documentation · Ensure adherence to organizational and donor-specific guidelines. · Maintain proper documentation including MoUs, consent forms, field reports, and financial records. Qualifications and Experience: · Bachelor’s/Master’s in Public Health, Social Work, Healthcare Management, or related field. · Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in healthcare or nonprofit sectors. · Experience working in Telangana or familiarity with local language and context is preferred. Key Skills: · Strong project and team management skills · Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Telugu · Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and project management tools · Problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills · Ability to travel within the state extensively Desirable Attributes: · Passionate about working in public health or child welfare sectors · Previous experience with CSR-funded or government health programs · Ability to work independently and handle multi-stakeholder environments Remuneration will be at par with the prevailing in social sector Please send your profile to [email protected] Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English & Kannada (Required) Work Location: In person
