Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site visits to ensure all Work Orders are duly signed and properly documented.
Collect all declarations from Site Engineers pertaining to safety compliance and other critical operational matters.
Ensure that for every site change, the relevant Deputation Form is filled and signed by the in-charge engineer.
Maintain all site-related documents in a systematic and traceable manner, ensuring readiness for audits and internal reviews.
Coordinate and follow up on all legal matters related to the site, ensuring that statutory requirements, permissions, and documentation are in place and updated.
Act as a liaison between field teams and the head office to facilitate smooth communication and documentation flow.
