Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Field Collections Executive to join our banking team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting overdue payments from customers through field visits while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to collect overdue payments from customers
Negotiate payment terms with customers to ensure timely collections
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments collected
Provide excellent customer service while handling customer inquiries and issues
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes and issues effectively
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to collections

Skills and Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in field collections or a related role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic understanding of banking products and services
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professionalism
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
