Field Collection Executive

Job Title: Field Collection Executive Location: Hyderabad Department: Collections / Recovery(DRA) Reporting To: Collection Manager / Area Collection Head Experience: Minimum 3 years Qualification: Minimum 12th pass Job Summary:The Field Collection Executive is responsible for visiting customers to recover overdue payments and ensure timely collections as per assigned targets. This role involves interacting with customers in a professional manner, updating payment status, and reporting field activity daily. Key Responsibilities:Visit customers’ residences or business premises for collection of outstanding dues. Explain payment obligations, penalties, and available settlement options to customers. Collect payments in cash, cheque, or digital methods and issue receipts where applicable. Follow company policies and legal guidelines for debt collection. Maintain and update records of interactions, payment status, and follow-ups in the system or app. Achieve monthly and weekly collection targets assigned by the Collection Manager. Handle customer objections or disputes professionally and escalate unresolved issues. Ensure secure handling of collected funds and proper deposit to authorized accounts. Report daily visit summaries and submit required documentation. Skills & Competencies:Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities. Basic understanding of mobile apps or digital payment tools. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with local routes and geography. High level of integrity and responsibility. Other Requirements:Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (if required for field visits). Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines.
