Field Collection Executive

PROFILE - FIELD EXECUTIVE LOCATION - NOIDA SECTOR 107 SALARY - 12K - 15K Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and responsible Field Executive for Collection and Delivery who will be responsible for collecting items (documents, payments, packages, etc.) from clients or vendors and delivering them to the intended destination on time. This role demands punctuality, professionalism, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Collect documents, parcels, payments, or other assigned items from specified locations. • Deliver collected items to the designated address securely and on time. • Maintain proper records of all collections and deliveries using logs or mobile apps. • Verify and confirm the recipient details before handing over the deliveries. • Coordinate with the backend team or operations supervisor for route planning and updates. • Handle items carefully to avoid damage during transit. • Provide proof of delivery/collection through signatures, OTP, or digital confirmation. • Manage fuel and travel expenses and report them as per company policy. • Follow traffic laws and safety regulations during field visits. • Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle or bike. Requirements: • Education: graduate  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar field (Freshers may also apply). • License: Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license. • Vehicle: Own vehicle (if required by the company; fuel allowance may be provided). • Skills: • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Basic knowledge of smartphones or GPS-based delivery apps • Time management and responsibility • Customer service orientation Working Conditions: • Field-based work requiring travel across the city or assigned zone. • Working hours may include weekends or extended hours depending on delivery schedules.
