Job Description

We are seeking applications from individuals who are passionate and competent in the field of biodiversity research, with a minimum of two years of experience. Applicants should hold a master's degree in ecology, zoology, plant taxonomy, or wildlife biology from a reputable institute, demonstrating a serious interest in biodiversity conservation in terrestrial and mangrove ecosystems. The selected candidates will be responsible for various tasks as part of their role, requiring excellent command over the English language. The responsibilities of this position include: - Conducting field research such as biodiversity surveys, resource assessments, wildlife surveys, and ecological data collection. - Analyzing data and preparing technical reports. - Monitoring biodiversity and developing related indicators. - Estimating biomass and carbon stock. The monthly compensation for this position is in the range of INR 30,000 to 45,000, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additionally, free accommodation, travel allowance, and food allowance will be provided by AERF.,
